We hire the best and most qualified auditors available in the industry. CMS employs five full time auditors. Two specialize in the audit of drilling, construction and Operationg expenses, but yet are also very familiar with the production, revenue and royalty auditing. The other three specialize in the audit of production, revenue and royalties, but yet are also very familiar with capital and operating expense auditing. We also have a special emphasis on gas plants, batteries and other oil & gas facilities.
Our auditors use notebook computers, and our audit files are well organized and easy to understand. We also provide our clients with a complete and thorough report on our audit review. We take our joint venture auditing very serious.

Operated and non-operated properties including the preparation and negotiations of agreements.
